Q.01Why one-time pricing instead of a subscription?

Because our products are tools, not services. We're not running an AI inference cluster or a server-side library — both extensions run in your browser. A subscription would be us renting you something we don't have ongoing costs for, which is silly. Pay once, use forever, and if we ever try to switch you to a subscription, your existing license is grandfathered in.

Q.02Does the Studio Pass include future products?

The Studio Pass includes both MochiDim and MochiTranslate today. When we ship a third product, Studio Pass holders get a meaningful discount on it — not free, but materially less than the public price. We'll email Studio Pass holders before each new launch.

Q.03What payment methods do you accept?

Checkout runs through Polar.sh: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and SEPA/iDEAL for European buyers. Crypto isn't supported (yet).

Q.04Can I use one license on multiple computers?

Yes. A single license activates across every Chromium browser you sign into — Chrome, Brave, Edge, Arc — on as many personal computers as you own. Don't share your key publicly or resell it.

Q.05How does the refund work?

Email hello@mochipanel.com within 30 days from the address you used at checkout. We process the refund through Polar and revoke the license. No forms, no questions.

Q.06I bought just one extension. Can I upgrade to the Studio Pass later?

Yes. Email us with your existing license key and we'll credit the $19 you already paid toward the Studio Pass. You only pay the $11 difference for the second extension. Works either direction.
